What is Alpha?
Alpha is a series of interactive sessions that freely explore the basics of the Christian faith.
It is typically run over an 11 week period.
Each session includes food, a short presentation and a discussion.
Who is Alpha for?
Alpha is for anyone who wants to know more about the Christian faith.
Whether you have never set foot in a church or have been going to church for years - Alpha is for you.
The presentations are designed to encourage conversation and to explore the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal way.
No question is out of bounds and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you like.
How does it work?
Alpha is gentle with no pressure, no follow up and no charge.
Each session starts with a meal and a chance to make new friends.
Following the meal there is a talk exploring various aspects of the Christian faith.
In small groups, you can then chat over a cup of coffee, ask any questions or discuss your opinions freely with others.
How much does it cost?
Absolutely nothing - everything is provided.
